Show at the Crandall Library
I just found out that I’m going to be showing my quilts in the gallery at the Crandall Library in Glen Falls for the month of February. I want to finish 2 new quilts for the show. Both are in progress, one just needs to be backed and tied. I’m thinking of finishing “Cut it up” (shown above). I have some new ideas for it using some old handkerchiefs and small mirrors. I can’t wait to get started.

Very cool! I know which small mirrors you’re referring to, and I can picture them in the quilt already!

Congrats Maria! Your pot holders arrived last week and they are fabulous. Thank you so much! Good luck with the quilt show!

I absolutely love your potholders, bags, and of course quilts!! I love the idea of the quilt “cut up” with small mirrors and wonder if it is available for purchase?? I am eager to start my own website with journal entries about a new puppy that I just bought. I went to the Jon Katz webiste and discovered you– I feel as though I struck gold today. Both of you have inspired me! Thank you!! Do you sell patterns so I can fumble with trying to make one myself?? Also, I am on the executive committee of the Burchfield Nature and Art Center in West Seneca and would love to submit your name as a potential exhibitor with your permission. Take care and God bless!!
